The El Jebel Masonic Temple in Denver, Colorado, of "The Ancient Arabic Order of the Nobility of the Mystic Shrine" is a Moorish design by the Baerresen Brothers. The ballroom has ornate stenciled borders; columns support the beamed ceiling. Carved plaster capitals and brackets have Arabesques and star-and-crescent motifs; wainscoting with arches follows the walls. A classic-revival oil painting in a gilt frame and fringed, leaded glass hanging lamps complete the interior.
