View from intersection of the Hotel Imperial, (formerly the Zweck Hotel, built 1881) 301 Main Street, Longmont, Colorado, shows the three story brick hotel with horse drawn carriages and several men. The building features: a corner entrance, bracketed cornice, round headed windows with stone caps and keystones, second floor corner balcony with decorative ironwork railing. Sign painted in large letters reads: "Imperial Hotel, Rates $2.00 Per Day" and the built date of "1880" is on the pressed tin corner piece. Other signs include: "The Palace Clothing Co., Robinson & Curran" "Billards, Cigars" "Notice Spitting On The Sidewalks, Forbidden by Ordinance Of The Board Of Health" and "Frank Richart" painted on the side of a hard top coach.
