Summary	View of the old college structure converted into the St. Joseph's Academy Catholic School by Franciscan Sisters, Fifth Avenue between Baker and Atwood Streets, Longmont, Colorado. A 1907 sleeping porch addition has been added on the south side of the original 1886 Longmont Presbyterian College by architect Frederic Albert Hale. The two story building features: brick construction with rough cut stone foundation, irregular hip and gable roofline with cresting, corbelled cornice, projecting decorative gable with arch, date and three windows on each floor, arched entry set back with three arch windows stepped above it.
