Summary	Woven jacquard coverlet, made of blue wool and cotton wefts with cotton warp threads in the double weave technique. American spread eagle in each corner, overall geometric floral pattern and words: "United We Stand, Divided We Fall", "Eve Nellis, Jefferson Co., N.Y. 1858" and "E. Pluribus Unum" around the border. Hemmed along top and bottom, selvages on sides, woven in two pieces with center seam.
