The brick building has a parapet, a cornice with decorative coursing, decorative molding with ornate window surrounds, pilasters and balconets with modillions. Signs read: "Heine Piano Co." Furniture, Pictures" "Clocks, Draperies, Lamps" "Carpets, Linoleums, Rugs" "Regal Ranges" "Your Credit is Good" "Behlow Building" "John Breuner Company." Wooden false front buildings are near the businesses. An unfinished building and the dome of City Hall are in the distance.
