Summary	View of the Congress Hotel located between 7th and 8th Streets on Santa Fe Avenue in Pueblo, Colorado. The hotel includes two buildings. One structure is a four story brick structure with a mansard roof and dormers. A sign at the roof line reads "Congress." The other hotel building is a three story brick structure with arched windows, balconies, curvilinear gables, and a central courtyard. An American flag flies over one wing of the building. A flag reading "Congress" flies over the other wing. Construction workers labor near the hotel. Tools and equipment are scattered nearby.
