The bar, restaurant occupies the 1st floor of the three-story brick commercial style building. The brick is painted black and features decorative lintels and dentils around the soffits. A metal overhang covers the 1st story. A sign on the building reads: "Leo's Place" and "Restaurant, Bar, Gathering Place." The building was built around 1890.
