View of the Hill Mansion (1906 : David Boal and Frederick Louis Harnois, architects) at 105 E. 10th (Tenth) Avenue (969 Sherman Street ) in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. The French Renaissance Revival style house has large Ionic columns which support a third story balcony with a prominent colonnade, a wrought iron fence circles the structure. Socialite Mrs. Crawford Hill (Louise Sneed Hill) lived in the home from the time of it's construction until 1942. In 1947 the house was leased to the Denver Town Club, who later purchased it. It was converted to offices in 1990. The mansion is a Denver Landmark.
