Summary
View of the north elevation (side) of 2881 Champa Street (ca. 1885) in the Five Points neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. The one and a half story vernacular Victorian house has a steep pitched cross-gabled roof. There is an addition with a shed roof on the rear. The roof is in disrepair, one door is open, windows are boarded up. The plaster on the exposed wall is peeling. The residence is located within the Curtis Park-Champa Street National Historic District.
