The commercial style building is redbrick with cornices, corbeled brick brackets, a shaped parapet and sandstone lintels. The first story windows have been boarded up or painted over. A sign on the front of the building reads: "Big Chief Bottling Co." and a painted sign on the side of the building reads "Liberty Hall."
