Summary	View of the Dora Moore Elementary School (1889; architect-Robert Roeschlaub) at 846 Corona Street in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. The School was restored by Stanley Pouw Associates in 1993. Shows a Romanesque Revival / Richardson Romanesque-style building with a square corner entry tower topped by a bell-shaped domes with nipple finials. The brick building has stone trim and a terracotta frieze. A strong cornice separates the two-and one-half-story base from the towers and parapeted gable dormers. Originally called the Corona School, Denver Public Schools renamed the elementary school in 1939 to honor Dora Moore, who served as principal for the school for thirty-five years and influenced public education in Denver and Colorado.
