Summary
View of the north elevation of Saint John's Cathedral (1911; architects - Gordon, Tracy, and Swartwout), also known as Saint John's Church in the Wilderness, 1313 Clarkson Street, in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. The Late Gothic Revival-style Episcopal Cathedral is made of Indiana limestone. The building is one story and has two towers with louvered belfries and corner buttresses, that flank the entrance. The building has center triple entrances in compound pointed-arched recesses, with similar flanking entrances in the bases of the towers.
