Summary
View of the front facade of 2881 Champa Street (ca. 1885) in the Five Points neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. The one-and-one-half story vernacular Victorian house has a steep pitched cross-gabled roof. Shows the building shortly after a storefront (1891) was removed from the north side elevation (right). The windows and doors are boarded up and a chain link fence surrounds the building. The residence is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as a contributing resource to the Curtis Park-Champa Street Historic District.
