Content derived from inventory prepared by Dana EchoHawk.; From inventory: "Juan de Jesús Páiz was born February 8, 1870 in San Jose, present day Gulnare, Colorado. He married Anastasia Gonzales in 1892. In December 1910 he was shot in the leg by a stray bullet. Carl Miller who shot him was having an argument with another man. Juan died of complications on March 3, 1911 at the age of 40."
