View of 2613-2619 California Street in the Five Points neighborhood (Curtis Park) of Denver, Colorado. Constructed in 1887, the two-story Italianate duplex has a rusticated stone foundation, brick walls, and a mansard roof with elaborate bracketed wooden jig-sawn friezes and cornices, topped with pediment shaped windows. Both duplexes have bays and porches.The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as a contributing resource to the Curtis Park-Champa Street Historic District.
