View of Trinity United Methodist Church (architect Robert S. Roeschlaub, 1888) at 1820 Broadway in the North Capitol Hill neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. Shows the 183-foot-high hexagonal corner steeple and the south and west elevations of the church. The three-story Gothic Revival-style church has a slate roof and walls of rhyolite quarried in Castle Rock. The church is trimmed in purple Utah sandstone trim, which is also used to create three horizontal contrasting stripes in the steeple. The allusion to the Trinity is repeated in the triple-arched entry on Broadway and the sets of triple windows.
