View of the M. J. Cranmer House (1888), Frank E. Edbrooke House (1885), and E. W. Merritt House (1889), at 925, 931, and 941 East Seventeenth (17th) Avenue in the North Capitol Hill neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. The three single family residences, all designed by architect Frank E. Edbrooke, contribute to the Swallow Hill Historic District. The houses have gabled roofs, decorative bargeboard, and covered porches with decorated gable pediments.
