View of The Colonnade (1902, architect-Charles Quayle) at 1212 East Colfax Avenue in the Cheesman Park neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. Shows a three story Classical Revival-style brick building with terracotta ornamentation. Projecting hipped roof wings flank a two-story central portico that is supported by Corinthian columns. There is a balustrade on the second floor of the portico, quoins on the corners of the building, and hipped roof dormers on top of the wings. Overhanging eaves supported by decorative brackets top a terracotta frieze with medallions and swags.
