View of the Avalon Theater located at 645 Main Street, Grand Junction, Colo. The facade of the three-story, Romanesque Revival style theater was restored with a $265,000 grant from the State Historical Fund. Designed by Mountjoy & Frewen, Architects from Denver Colo. in 1923, the Avalon has featured movies and live performances and is now a part of the Two Rivers Convention Center.
