View of City Hall, the former "Delta First National Bank" building, at 360 Main Street in Delta, Colorado. The building is two levels and constructed of sandstone in the Art Deco style. Dentils run along the underside of the roofline, with ionic columns running vertically between sets of windows. Running horizontally between the first and second floor windows are T shaped moldings. On either side of the front entrance on the ground floor each window has "City of Delta" stenciled in script lettering. A woman stands in front of the entrance waving. Three flags hang above the door, the Colorado flag, American flag, and the Delta flag.
