The roofline has a carved stone parapet with pyramidal finials. Round windows are set into a diapered brick frieze which turns into a corner tower. The building was constructed in 1901. The South exterior wall has several ghost signs on the wall, some overlap. From the top, they read "Manhattan Hotel Rooms" "Snow Drift For Cakes, Breads" and "Coca Cola, Delicious & Refreshing."
