Summary	View of the Boulder Victoria Historic Inn situated in the Dwight Nicholson House at 1305 Pine Street in Boulder, Colorado. The two-story Colonial Revival influenced eclectic style house has a hipped roof, a cornice with dentils and swags, a decorated pedimented entrance and two bay windows. A wrought iron fence surrounds the house. Two small children and a dog are walking up to the gate. A sign is hanging in the yard. The sign has three hanging slats that read: "Boulder Victoria" "An Historic Inn" and "Visitors Welcome." White curtains show through the windows and some greenery hangs above the front entrance and on the sign. Some of the smaller windows have decorative glass work. The house is Boulder historic landmark.
