The white entrance way has four columns supporting a modified pediment. Signs on the arch read: "Littleton Large Animal Hospital" "Equine Hospital Wild Acres" and "8025" and a caduceus. The main building is a colonial revival style building with four columns supporting a pediment. There is a low white fence around the property. The clinic was constructed in 1950 by Dr. Harry W. Johnson in association with Dr. William "Bill" Howarth. The practice evolved to Littleton Large Animal Clinic, then to Littleton Equine Medical Center.
