View of the Mannat House (c. 1881) at 2905 Curtis Street in the Five Points neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. This two-story Italianate residence is part of the Curtis Park-Champa Street Historic District. Built for Irving Mannat, a grocer, this brick house has a symmetrical facade, truncated hipped roof, bracketed cornice, lintels, a covered porch, a balustrade and bays.
