View of San Juan Nepomuceno y San Cayetano Mission church 6 miles southwest of Antonito on U.S. 285 in Ortiz (Conejos County), Colorado. The mission revival style chapel has a curvilinear parapet which rises from the corner piers to meet the central bell tower. The church was constructed of concrete and has a stucco exterior. The central bell tower has a pyramidal roof and a wooden cross made by Benito Archuleta in 1956. The exterior has two circular windows in the facade over two rounded arch windows. All of the windows have stained glass. A statue is in a niche over the entry. The structure was constructed in 1938.
