Summary	View of 2621 Welton in the Five Points neighborhood, Denver, Colorado. The building houses the African American Protective Order of Dining-Car Waiters and Porters, Local #465, associated with the Brotherhood of Sleeping Car Porters. The entrance is in the center of the building between two recessed doorways. The two story commercial style building has contrasting brick on the exterior. The building has brick corbeling. and the windows on the second floor are modified. Curtains are in the other windows. A sign over the door reads: "Fraternal Club Local 465 Waiters and Porters 2621 1/2." A Budweiser beer sign is hanging above the entrance. A sign letter board sign on the sidewalk reads: "Signs of All Kinds" "Truck Lettering." A car is parked in front of the building. The structure was built in 1880 and is part of the Welton Historic District.
