Summary
View of Diamond Lil's Adult Emporium located in the historic Kopper's Hotel and Saloon Building, also known as the Airedale Building, at 1215-1219 20th Street in the Five Points neighborhood, Denver, Colorado. The three story brick building has a cornice with a pediment and a plaque with letters that read: "Airedale 1919." The ground story has large storefront windows with decorative woodwork, pilasters, and lights. The upper stories have two story bay windows with square pillars, cornices and dentils. A sign on the building reads: "Adult Video Library." The building, designed by architect Frederick Carl Eberely was built as a working-class hotel in 1899 by German immigrant, Albert Kopper. The property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
