View of the of the Rossonian, formerly the Rossonian Hotel, now an office building, at 2650 Welton Street in the Five Points neighborhood, Denver, Colorado. Built in 1912 as the Baxter Hotel, it is a Beaux-Arts style building with a brick exterior and decorative bracketing. Prominent quoins, keystones, lintels, and sills are on the exterior. A metal awning is hung over the entrance and neon lights read: "Rossonian" on the awning and side of the building. The building is on the National Register of Historic Places and in the Welton Historic District.
