This house was designed by Burnham Hoyt in an Italian Renaissance Revival Style and built in 1925. Indiana limestone surrounds the door and windows. Hoyt added an elevator to the house in 1944.
This Spanish Colonial Revival style mansion was built around 1921 and designed by JJ Benedict and Harry Manning. The low-pitched clay-tile roof, balconies, stucco, and decorative ironwork are of note. Visible in the photo is the ornate door.
