BY-LA¥S OF UNIVERSITY PARK NEWS, INC.
DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors of the University Park News, Inc.
shall be composed of five (5) directors, two (2) of which shall
be selected and designated by the University Hills and Southridge
Civic Association, two (2) of which shall be selected and designated by University Park Community Council and the fifth (5th)
director shall be selected by a majority vote of the four (4.)
directors above designated.  The directors selected and designated
by the sponsoring associations shall hold office at the pleasure
of the sponsoring organizations and. the fifth director named by
the other four directors shall hold office at the pleasure of the
other four directors.  The directors shall have and exercise
all powers, rights and duties vested in them by the Articles of
Incorporation and by the By-laws.  The Board of Directors shall
further have the power and right to contract for the editing,
publishing and distributing of the University Park News.
OFFICERS
The Board of Directors shall designate one of their
members as President;  one as Secretary;  and one as Treasurer.
Such officers shall hold office for a term of one year.  They
shall exercise such rights, powers and duties as shall be provided
In the Articles of Incorporation, the By-laws, or authorized by
the Board of Directors.
MEMBERSHIP
Membership of the corporation shall consist of the
University Hills and Southridge Civic Association, the University
Park Community Council and such other non-profit civic associations
as may hereafter be admitted to membership In the corporation by
