My Dear Judge Since reading my last letter I have bethought me how I built up … Bridge- port to get well paid for a large tract of land which I owned there city [?] by getting Factories built there. If we could get one or more … & other factories built on or near Villa Park it would call for many dwelling houses & induce the Horse R.R. [railroad] to extend the line.
